The back porch has plenty of seating that includes an outdoor grill area perfect for grill out and entertaining.

Just a few steps away upstairs, one is greeted by a wonderfully appointed Master (King) Bedroom, one loft and two (Queen) guest bedrooms.The spacious Master Bedroom offers a luxurious and comfortable king bed with a flat screen TV, flowing into your own private ensuite Master Bathroom one will find double vanity sinks, an oversized bathing tub and a large walk-in glass door shower. Guests will also find two large guest suites that offers Queen beds, flat screen TV’s and large walk-in closets. The wonderful loft area is perfect for kids to play games and for everyone to enjoy a family game night. Guests have access to the 6 Seater (Brand NEW 2021) Golf Cart.

Beach Access:

NatureWalk enjoys a private nature path to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near ‘The Gathering Place’ travels through nature preserves to the San Juan Avenue public beach access about 1 mile away. An additional public beach access, Scenic 395 Beach Access, is 2.1 miles from the home. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 6 minute bike to public beach access.

Homes in NatureWalk have exclusive access to ‘The Gathering Place’ which offers all guests a large zero-entry pool, a seasonally heated lap pool, a shaded kiddie pool, hot tub, lounge area, fire pits, and much more.

* Street legal, electric golf cart for guests to reserve (driver must have a valid driver’s license and be age 21 or older). Seatbelts MUST be worn at all times by driver and passengers.

* No Pet’s allowed – No Smoking * Minimum age 25 years old

* Guest’s must sign a bike and golf cart liability waiver form prior to operating the complementary amenities. Guest’s acknowledge using these complementary amenities are optional and all guests use these amenities at their own risk.

* Guests’s are completely responsible for all damages caused to the Golf Cart and Bikes. Including Theft.

* No Rv’s, Trailers, Boat’s or Watercraft’s allowed to be parked at the property – Due to HOA Rule.

* Saturday to Saturday – 7 night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
