Family friendly house just a short bike ride to the beaches of 30A. Comfortably sleeps 11 in the two king master suites (one up, one down), one queen bedroom, a twin over full bunkbed room and a full sleeper sofa in the loft. This beautiful open floor plan home features a garage, screened-in porch with a porch swing, 4 adult bikes (plus numerous kid bikes, trikes and beach toys), a grill and even a ping pong table for rainy days. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 15 and everything you need for baby including a pack-n-play, high chair, baby bathtub, bumpo seat & baby gate on the stairs. A short walk to the sand volleyball court, Gathering Place pools and playground. We know you love your pets, but please leave them at home (we have several family members with severe allergies).
